These two recently completed townhouses are located within the heart of Geelong West, nestled a short walk from both the cafes on Pakington street in Newton and Geelong West and the CBD.
These large open plan 3 bedroom homes were constructed with a high level of detail and finishes, including Venturi AirSmart heating and cooling systems and an exposed precast tilt panel parti-wall.

This contemporary residential structure was renovated extensively to the highest quality. It was extended with a sophisticated contemporary feel with indoor / outdoor living. The open plan living areas enjoy a Northern orientation. This house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a land size of 403m2. This project was entirely reinvented rather than just renovated.
As this project was located in a busy area just off Pakington street, extra care was taken with existing neighbours and pedestrians to ensure quality and safety standards were met accordingly. This project was delivered on schedule with zero defects.

This modern contemporary home was constructed on a generous 520m2 Geelong West block, not far from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street. The clients presented us with a unique wish list of what they wanted out of the build, which not only challenged us but was extremely rewarding to hand over a new home to some very excited and grateful clients. The project comprised of 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite and balcony, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, double garage with a workshop area, polished concrete floors and internal brick walls to the ground floor as well as an alfresco area with a fire place and inbuilt BBQ and a swimming pool with a separate change room/shower room.

This new build located in Geelong West, made the most of a tight 268m2 plot by using the natural slope of the site to create a stunning home over 3 split levels. Comprising of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which contains an internal brick wall providing thermal mass, helping regulate the temperature and saving the occupants money on their heating and cooling costs. The project was completed in under 8 months and to the highest quality.
