This project located in the Manzeene Estate in Lara, Geelong, not only operates as childcare centre but also as a community hub, hosting inclusive community events that add to the Manzeene Estates close knit community feel. Constructed on a 4,300m2 site, the centre has room to accommodate 120 children and feature a full commercial kitchen and architecturally designed outdoor spaces. The building boasts a grand scale façade clad in a striking mix AliWood, Colorbond and brick making it a focal point of the Estate.

This childcare centre was constructed in a new residential estate of Bannockburn, approximately 20kms North West of Geelong. The site is situated in close proximity to a newly constructed P-12 College and YMCA community centre. With a full commercial kitchen, 7 Playrooms accommodating as many as 126 children and gross floor area of 840m2 the centre was completed within tight deadlines to allow the centre to be operational in time for the 2019 school year.

This Childcare Centre was constructed for the Reformed Theological College in Waurn Ponds Victoria. The 1200m2 Architectural Design includes 7 large playrooms for in excess of 160 children. It features a full commercial kitchen with the full fit out of all rooms. Construction and all landscaping of this Centre was achieved in 9 months ready for next year’s intake.

This early learning centre was constructed for Kardinia Church. The 518m2 design includes innovative learning spaces for children. The full fitout and construction of this centre was achieved though utilising their design and management skills accordingly. Located on a busy road, extra care was taken with pedestrians and traffic. This project was delivered on time and defect free.

This extension was constructed for Kardinia Church. The 500m2 design caters for 2 large function rooms, storage and kitchen area. This architecturally designed extension utilised bricks and matrix panelling for the façade. This project was on a tight timeframe as it needed to be handed over before Kardinia’ annual carols event. By utilising our design and management skills accordingly, this was handed over on time.

Located on the corner of Church Street and Shannon Avenue, this Childcare centre has 5 playrooms which caters for 93 children. This architecturally designed childcare centre was constructed in a 6 month timeframe which was handed over with zero defects. Extra precautions were taken throughout the construction due to its busy location. Working closely with traffic management and adjoining neighbours, we were able to complete this project with minimal disruptions.
